Gap Year Services from GapAdvice.org

About Us

Background

gapadvice.org was founded in June 2005 to provide an independent source of impartial advice and information for people of all ages looking to take a gap – a week, a month, a year. It’s a site for young people after leaving school, for undergraduates and those who have just graduated, for those looking for a career break and for those with time in retirement. Families will also find the site of value.

What makes gapadvice.org different?

We provide a unique, independent information and advisory service across the gap year industry, for:

Individuals - pointing you in the right direction

Careers advisers - providing one source of independent advice

Schools/colleges - impartial talks supported by returned 'gappers'

Gap year companies - promoting you through talks, exhibitions, exposure on the website, in articles written or researched for the media

The media - articles written or drafted, research undertaken, contacts given, stories and photographs obtained.
