Making your arrangements for your gap year travel
It can take up to a year to organise a complex gap itinerary, simpler ones obviously much less time. If you have paid a company to organise part or all of your journey, then you should expect all the complex details to be arranged for you eg flights, visas, insurance, accommodation, health issue etc.
If you are doing it yourself, this part of the website gives you access to the means to make your own arrangements.
